This is a startup company with the vision of creating energy efficient homes that are sustainable well into the future. This comes with the perks of clean energy, lower utility bills, a small carbon footprint, and innovation. Although based in Sunny South Florida, the company intends to expand to other states.

The majority of our homes are triplex or fourplex 2 to 3 bedroom apartments with yard space. All residencies will incorporate Solar Panels, Insulation, Energy Saving Appliances, Energy Efficient Outlets, and other renewable energy technology.

Improving the environment is just one of our causes, creating smiles for our residents is another!
